I happened to be in LA Memorial Day weekend and got to see: Disney’s The Lion King 30th Anniversary: A Live-to-Film Concert at the Hollywood Bowl. It is supposed to be on Disney Plus soon - and they filmed it with drones. The highlight was definitely seeing Nathan Lane live, but also hearing Jennifer Hudson, Jeremy Irons, and I guess now I can say I was there for the moment nepo-baby North West went on stage... and it was something. Buying the tickets: I bought tickets for $25 each (including taxes and fees) around Section L2, as part of Rakuten ticket/concert deal- maybe 2 weeks before the show. There were a lot of seats left for the Saturday night show. American Express Entrance: General tip for Hollywood bowl entrance: The American Express line on the left is sometimes shorter than general admission. They scanned my card.
